4. Client Responsibilities

Work Smart Services is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, unresponsive communication, or third-party platform issues.

Clients are responsible for protecting sensitive credentials and internal account access.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time unless restricted by a separate written agreement.
Upon termination, outstanding balances remain due, active work may stop immediately, access to systems or accounts may be removed, and recurring services may be discontinued.
13. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy or reproduce protected content, use the website for unlawful activity, or disrupt website functionality.
